Sunday reset
A weekly virtual space to release the past week and prepare for what’s ahead.
Over this past year, being back in a high-pressure environment reminded me how easy it is to carry the weight of one week directly into the next, moving through time off without ever fully arriving in it.
Sunday Reset was created as a quiet space to pause, reconnect, and consciously reset before beginning again.

Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a natural human state; one we move in and out of every day.
It’s the quiet space of deep focus and absorption where the noise of the external world begins to soften, and awareness turns inward.
You may recognize this feeling in moments where time seems to disappear… while driving a familiar road, becoming immersed in a creative process, or in the space between waking and sleep.
In hypnosis, the mind becomes more relaxed, receptive, and focused, allowing access to the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shape our experience.
It is a natural, safe, and deeply restorative state, one that the body already knows how to enter.
The Work
From an early age, we begin absorbing the beliefs, emotional patterns, and survival strategies shaped by our environment and experiences. Many of these subconscious patterns are formed long before we are consciously aware of them, eventually becoming the internal narratives and responses that guide how we move through life.
Over time, some of these patterns begin to create disconnection, emotional reactivity, self-protection, or feelings of being stuck, even when we consciously desire something different.
Guided hypnotherapy and subconscious work create the opportunity to access these deeper patterns with greater awareness, allowing space for release, reframing, and meaningful change.
My approach to this work is deeply personal.
After decades of unresolved trauma, chronic stress, and eventually stepping away from a long career and life in New York City, I found myself profoundly disconnected from who I was. I had spent years exploring different healing modalities, always searching for something that could help me move beyond understanding my patterns intellectually and begin creating change at a deeper level.
This work became part of my own healing, rebuilding, and return to self.
As someone who walks this path personally as well as professionally, I bring both lived experience and deep presence to the people I work with.
This is not a dynamic of expert and patient.
It is a collaborative process rooted in awareness, trust, and the possibility of returning to yourself more fully.
